IFB Industries — bill not received for the payment

Hi Team,

I own IFB front load washing machine. from past few days it was not working properly.

on 12th of September i have raised a service request with the ID [protected] to help me on correcting/repairing the IFB washing machine.

after couple of days technician came to my house and told me that one of the part is water damaged and needs to be replaced.

after few days he came to my house and replaced the part and charged me 2750 rupees.

When asked for the bill, he told me that i will get it through e-mail.

after which i waited for couple of days, even after i didn't receive the bill. from that day i started following up with him for many time. unfortunately i didn't receive any bill.

after few followup's with him i contacted customer care, they gave me some other contact number and i followed up with them as well for many times. but i didn't get the bill.

later again i contacted customer care asking for the bill and they raised a new ticket number [protected] on 2nd October.

after which technician sent me a bill(attached in this mail) to my whatsapp number on 3rd of October.

in this bill we can clearly see that the bill is valid till march 2018.

later i asked him to provide me proper bill with all the details clearly mentioned in it.

few hours back i received a message stating the ticket ID [protected] is closed.

i request you to please answer to my below questions.

1. what is the procedure followed when such type of service is provided by your company (do we receive the bill through e-mail or physical bill is provided to the customer at the time of receiving money?)

2. why did the technician sent me a fake bill?

3. why did the ticket ID is closed without providing me the bill?

4. what is the action taken from your side to correct this issue, and to punish such cheaters?
