I ordered a IFB microwave oven from Amazon. When I switched it on, the food did not heat. I placed a complaint on 8th November with IFB customer service and a customer executive came and checked the oven. He said that some part of the oven wasn't working and that IFB would offer whole unit replacement in 15 days. Next day he called and said replacement is approved and I would be receiving it in 10 days. There was no response after 15 days so I placed another complaint with the customer service on 30th November, 2021 . Then the call centre executive said that the earlier complaint was not recorded and raised a fresh complaint request. After that the service centre called me and said that the replacement is now being evaluated and will be done within 15 days . Again after 15 days there was no response. Its has been 45 days since the initial complaint and I am tired of doing this again with a different customer executive. I have been contacting the local Ifb service centre for the past 10 days and they are still saying that the replacement still isn’t approved yet. I don’t know whether it is the service centre fault or the Ifb call centre guys fault I am facing a lot of trouble. I have been your customer since the past 10 years, but never did I face any trouble like this or delayed response.
So I included every detail from the start to expedite the process. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
