[Resolved] IFB Industries — damaged washing machine delivery on first day

Hi Team

I have purchased a TL serious Washing machine.

And its totally damaged from the first day, not working. So please help me to replace the Washing Machine.

I have also raised Ticket [protected] on 5th August but the technician not visited to check the machine since last 10 days.

Hi Team,

I need your support to contact with me and help me to replace the Washing Machine.

If you need any other information related to product, please let me know.

I have many LG, Samsung product and issue is fixed within 24 hours of raise ticket. But this is first experience with IFB but that is totally Bad. So help to replace the Washing Machine asap, as already we are waiting from last 12 days.
