[Resolved] IFB Industries — Dish washer - ifb - very poor service | |||
I have bought a ifb dishwasher neptune sx1. I have used this machine only four months after that it got repaired due to inlet tube failure. I had reported regarding the issue to ifb customer service. After two weeks couple of engineers came and had a look into it and they confirm that the inlet tube has gone. So wait for few days and we order a new intel tube and change the repaired one. But three months gone, still they didn't replaced the parts. I have informed customer service many times but i did'n get proper response from customer support executive. Everytime they gave a manager number who is taking care of salem district I called to the person (Gopal-[protected]) who is taking care of salem district but i didn't get proper response from him. He's is keep on asking me to wait. Most of time he didn't pick my call. Really, this is too worse customer services compare to others companies. I'm using washing machine, ac, tv, fridge and so on from other brands. But if i filed any compliant for any home appliances they resolved the issue in a week and most of the companies asked feed back too. Was this information helpful? | |||
