I have been complaining about the defective performance of the following dishwasher for the last one year.

Date of installation : 6.6.2020

Last time when technician came, I told him and wrote in the diary too that the door does not close. Most of the days, I have to try many times to close the door. Some days it gives out a noise but does not close. On inspection, I found that the hinges are rusted and defective. Outside the dishwasher also water leaks out and the body is getting rusted. See photos. We are aged persons, shelling out huge amount for buying this machine
THIS IS DEFECTIVE, WORN OUT MACHINE WHICH DOES NOT WORK in every respect.

Still the door is not closing and I, 75 years old man, is washing the vessels manually. The company is dilly dallying without changing a new and defect free machine.

Ticket No. [protected] assigned by IFB. The door does not close and hence I am unable to use the Dishwasher. I am 75 years old man, now cleaning vessels manually.

This Dishwasher is not working from the beginning and one or the other complaint crops up. The company is dilly dallying to complete the guarantee period. This machine must be replaced with a new defect free machine immediately.
