It has been nearly 2 months since I first raised the issue regarding the AC servicing at BYST, and the problem is still unresolved.
The technician claimed to have replaced the spin motor, but I had marked the original motor, and he only rewired it—not replaced it. On being caught, he admitted the truth.
Now he is falsely claiming the blower motor is burnt and is demanding more money. This seems to be an attempt to cover up earlier dishonesty and incomplete service.
This kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior and false claims from your service team is unacceptable. I have been suffering due to incomplete installation and non-functional AC for nearly 2 months.
I demand:
Immediate and full re-installation of the AC unit by a trustworthy technician
No extra charges for previous negligence and false repair claims
Strict action against the technician involved in misleading and delaying the work
