[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Front Load IFB Washing machine Fully Automatic. Elite Plus 7.5 Kg showing dP Er even after 3 repairs in 10 days.

My Ticket number is [protected]. I had raised a complaint stating that the machine is stopping in between and showing "dP Er" message on display panel. Your executive came and inspected and told that the person from IFB who changed my drum had done some connections in a wrong way and hence one part has damaged. It needs to be changed. After two days he brought the part and changed it and after testing he left. One hour after he left the same problem repeated again. I immediately called him and told that the same problem has resurfaced. He came back with some other part after three days and replaced it and said now there wont be any problem. Again after he left, the same problem repeated and again I informed him and his seniors also. They told that one more part should be changed, may be then the problem will be resolved. (I think I have opened an R&D centre for IFB People that they can carry out there experiments at my home on my machine.)

Even after passage of 5 days no one called me to give any update as to what exactly the status is of my machine. I thought IFB is a very good company and have referred it to my friends and family who also purchased it seeking review from us. (The worst mistake ).

If you check online they show that the complaint raised against this ticket number has been resolved but the matter of fact is that the problem is still intact.

My machine is still under warranty. It worked well initially but 6 months back clothes started tearing off and after 5-6 complaints they changed the drum and rubber seal. Initially they blamed me that I should use only IFB liquid to wash the clothes. As I was using surf excel front load liquid hence my clothes were torn, this was the explanation given to me but when I resisted and asked them to give me in writing that because of this liquid my clothes are getting torn they didnt give anything in writing and changed rubber seal only but again the clothes got torn and then finally they changed the drum.

If I am facing these issues now when the machine is in warranty, what will happen once the warranty period is over? Who will bear the cost of parts.. and what about the warranty of parts which are being replaced now?
