[Resolved]  IFB Industries — fully automatic 8kg front load washing machine in warranty all parts replaced

I have raised a complaint with complaint id: [protected].

Issue was regarding the noise while water rinse. First of all, 2 salesman came and wasted 5 packets of descale and charged rs. 850. Also they sold us the ifb essentials' top load liquid detergent with some protecta liquid. I think. They didn't know anything. Even while cleaning, they did something on door and door stopped getting locked after that, technician visited and replaced bearing (Which were not packed like the fresh piece, even there was some rust on one piece) and tried to fit the drum but was unsuccessful. So he replaced the drum too, which doesn't seems to be the exact same in quality. After that when we tried to wash the clothes, machine gave the door lock error at the end when 1 minute is left. When we informed the service agent the same day. He told us that the mcb is not working fine and need to be replaced.

Almost all important parts in my machine are already replaced and now he is saying mcn replacement too. Its only 2.5 years and product has 4 years comprehensive warranty. My machine's all original parts are replaced by service agent which is not acceptable. I have seen that the quality of replaced parts are not as good as the original ones.

I want the company to take proper action and replace my machine, instead of replacing all the parts.
