[Resolved] IFB Industries — heat option doesn't work in my air conditioner

I have bought ifb ac two months ago for 50, 000rs which has both heating and cooling mode according to the company and the dealer. Now when i tried to use heat mode for the first time, it doesn’t even go on that mode. It keep revolving on four modes, ie cool, dry, feel and fan. It doesn’t even select heat mode. It also have horizontal swing mode on remote as well as booklet but it doesn’t work. Model number is 1acs18jchjgca.
