So i just brought a new IFB ac from IFB services, and the installation was a success but a few hours later and a person from IFB services contacts us ( note that we weren't sure if he was actually a person from IFR or not because in the contact service it was not written anything about the IFB people instead it said a shop's name we didn't know which) the person kept on asking a cancellation code saying to give it and give it, I kept on asking what the problem was why he needed it and if he did need it to provide a call from a trusted source and not his personnel no. like just imagine buying a product and then a few hours later a person calls asking about cancellation code who would not worry, i kept the call saying if he wanted to contact, contact using the company no. but he didn't listen instead argued with us saying if you don't want to give don't give i don't need it again.
But just look at it again, the same person calls again saying that he was a different person like wth, how can you think us as so dumb that we won't even know the vocals of a same person then the person continues to ask it at the end my father said to give the code i gave it to them.
Now yk the problem was not there the problem was when i didn't hang up the call the person told his co-worker, "Bastards, so much for just a code."
Am like wow so this is how they talk to people, and then i cut the call. well what a great first purchase experience. Was this information helpful? |
