IFB Industries — IFB service visit repeated delayed after AMC renewal

We have an IFB automatic washing machine. The authorized IFB representative asked us to renew Annual maintenance contract. they took the money. Since then isn't visiting to repair the machine. After repeated requests, they are not scheduling a repair visit.
