[Resolved]  IFB Industries — ifb's fraudulent and deceitful amc

I had amc of ifb for my washing machine for many years earlier as without amc it is not possible to maintain this machine but in betweeen i discontinued it as i have another washing machine and the ifb machine was not was not in use. Now the need to use it again arose and i again thought to buy ifb amc i registered my request for it on ifb toll free no. And got its amc on 23.2.2018 vide its receipt - voucher bearing book no. 2998 and serial no. [protected] dated 23.2.2018 for rs. 3068/- amc was given after inspection of the machine and finding its proper functioning ifb man one mr. Roshan. The payment was made by me vide my cheque dated 23.2.2018 for rs. 3068/- drawn on boi.

A few days back the machine has become dysfunctional. I made the complaint on ifb toll free no. For its repair. Toll free no. Registered my complaint vide its ticket no. [protected] on 29.3.2018. A mechanic from ifb service centre came thereafter and informed me that its part needed to be replaced and he would come back to my place after getting the same from the company. He did not turn up for many days and yesterday instead i received a phone call from phone no. 49544712 from one mr. Mukesh informing that i will have to pay for the part to be replaced. It was very much surprising and illogical. I asked him how have i to pay for it when i have amc for the machine. He said that he can not give reply to it. I sent legal notice to ifb on the matter and asked it as to how it was demanding money for changing the part in contravention of the amc and has defrauded and cheated me in this regard. I wrote it that if your company has not to bear the cost of parts during amc period then does it charge amc amount of rs. 3068/- just to keep this money in its pocket without its any liability for it. Why did it not mention in the amc that cost of parts are not covered in it even when the same are every where covered in all amcs of every company and was covered in its earlier amcs also. I had purchased thee amc in consideration of this only, it may be mentioned further that i had to litigate with ifb earlier also and it had agreed to replace parts of the machine free of cost after the withdrawal of cases also by me against it. But still i have not used this statement made in court by ifb and have paid it for many years by buying its amcs. It is the ifb whose greed, unfair, unethical and fraudulent activities are making it act shamelessly to. The extent that it is demanding money for changing the part of machine which is under amc even when in amc all things are included for proper functioning of the machine. Had it not been so why people will buy any amc i will file civil and criminal cases against the ifb for this. It is now trying to make my legal notice infractuous by putting words into my mouth which i did not utter and the same included its sending me sms that on my request the ticket for replacing the parts of the machine has been cancelled. Even a fool can understand that when i have sent ifb legal notice asking it to explain as to how it was demanding additional money for changing the part over and above the amc amount and communicated it that if no reply within 1 week is received by me i will file cases in the court against it then how can i ask it to cancel the ticket where under my complaint for repair of the machine was registered.
