IFB Industries — Issue with IFB service

Hello Team,
My washing machine is giving a huge sound along with vibration and hence immediately i have raised service request to IFB and IFB team visited my home and informed to replace dampers and since we are on warranty they said that they will request new dampers and will get replaced in 3 days and they closed my request.
The above technician didnot responded to us even after many calls and hence we decided to raise a new request and the team had visited my home after 2 days and then they replaced with new dampers and said that the issue is fixed.
We were out of station after the dampers were replaced and post that we have started to use washing machine and still got the same issue with huge sound and vibration. I think the IFB techinican team doesnt have good knowledge to find the root cause of the problem and then again I immediately raised new request (3rd request for same issue) and again new team came and found that the issue is not with dampers and now they came up with new thing called MOTOR. They took the motor and said they will replace with new motor and we dont have any choice we said ok. This is 3rd week since my machine stopped.

After 3 days the team came back with new motor and stabilizer and forced us to buy new stabilizer from only IFB which is worth of Rs.6000 and it is Rs.2000 (Outside from a reputed brand). They argued with us and they denied to replace motor with out buying stabilizer from IFB. I have talked with manager and he said you need to buy either of the product from us like motor or stabilizer then only we will get motor replaced. How wierd this why i should buy motor since i am on warranty and how come you will force me to buy IFB stabilizer.
I need below points to confirm,
Is there any customer policy mentioned while purchasing washing machine to buy only IFB stabiliser then only we will replace motor.
As per consumer act, we have total freedom to purchase products of my interest and company should not denied their service as we denied to buy your product.
Is this the way IFB treats their customers.
If this still goes on at some point IFB comes up with new rule to buy ony IFB clothes and use only IFB clothes in IFB Washing machine and if not we will not service you.
IFB Team, Please do the needful and let me know the updates asap
Please raise this issue at higher level.
