IFB Industries — Request for Replacement of faulty IFB Washing Machine Causing Clothes Damage

The machine is still under warranty, as stated in the warranty terms, which covers it for four years. However, the recurring issues I have experienced with this appliance have left me deeply unsatisfied and have caused significant financial loss due to the damage it has inflicted on my clothes.

Since the initial purchase of the IFB washing machine, I have repeatedly raised several different kind of complaints with IFB's customer service department due to the machine's consistent and recurring problems here are a few last complaint number:[protected]/[protected]/[protected] .
