[Resolved] IFB Industries — showing lo error in ifb aqua top load

I have raised ticket on 11-oct 2018 and ticket no: -[protected] and they have visited same day to our house but they have checked only for 5min and told to replace the sensor board and programming needs to do reset and it will cost 5000 and i am surprise that the machine is only 20months old and it is effect the machine since i have seen the error in manual lo means low voltage but the technician needs to check the voltage which is basic things but not checkd and charged 450 rupees for 5 min job this is not acceptable and also asked to share the report what he has checked and told to replace but not at all i am disappointed for this kind of service

Updated by Avinash23bhat IFB technical person visited home and checked voltage he is saying 280v available in the circuit and he told the washing machine is fine and told to use stablizer and I have purchased the stablizer but no use still same error LO appears in the washing machine. I have query according to your IFB manual LO saying low voltage and HI means high voltage and send your senior IFB technician to find the correct issue and close the case

Updated by Avinash23bhat Since it is under warranty I required to replace under warranty if any thing needs to change. Since it is only 20months old..

I possess a front load IFB washing machine which recently stopped working. Contacted IFB service center nearby and they are telling motherboard should be replaced. This costs 2200 rupees is what he said. What is point in spending 36000 rupees for a washing machine like this?

Your IFB technical team told that there is high voltage in the circuit but in the board it is showing Lo in washing machine it means as per your manual it is low voltage, your technical person told to use stablizer ok agreed but after purchasing stablizer same issue showing Lo it means need senior technician from your side.. Kindly solve the issue ASAP..

We paid 3500 for 1 yr Warenty but no person came from ifb to check the machine though we called many times. No correct response from ifb team. Waste of money to purchase ifb .
