Person named Aakib visited as we registered complaint for washing machine he took 2800 amount from us stating DCMotor replacement and we will be getting mail of that bill and as he left when we checked problem didnt resolved and before that only water was coming slow but now its not working only its showing tap. As we called technician within 15min he didnt lift our calls and when we called and spoke to call center again said our issue they said will see to it. After 1hour we called to that person from other number then he started shouting at us saying why you called to call center and im not going to come for your amount also no bill will be coming and i will see you and your family that was his language against me. I really dont understand how can IFB reputed company can keep such guys and its a fraud and blackmailing us for that amount. He forced us for replacement of that part which actually is not the issue we feel. I want anyone to take care of it becoz if we call to customer service they will not even listen to us just disconnect our call in between IFB is having very poor service center and how can company allow a technician to issue a part without any billing to us.
