Avoid IFB Appliances – My Worst Purchase Experience Ever
If you’re thinking of buying an IFB washing machine, let me save you the nightmare I’ve gone through.
I purchased an IFB machine, and since March 2025, I’ve faced continuous issues — the machine literally started tearing clothes, and multiple technician visits fixed nothing. The so-called support teams and even escalation contacts, including the CEO and board of directors, have been completely unresponsive or disinterested.
What I received:
A defective product
Months of false promises
Zero ownership from anyone
Endless frustration
Despite multiple calls, emails, and even reaching out to the regional manager and CEO, I’ve got nothing but generic replies and empty verbal assurances.
Please, avoid IFB like the plague. There are other brands that at least respect their customers and their money.
