[Resolved] IFB Industries — touch pad of microwave oven is not working

I complained about the touch pad of microwave ovens on the 11-january-2019 toll free number. On the 14-january-2019, technician came and said the touch pad will be changed in the evening or tomorrow. But he did not come even next day, when i called him, so he said that we do not have touch pad in the stock, then we have put an order in the company, it will come in a day or two. The touch pad will be replaced by friday 18-january-2019. Today is the 20-january-2019 and the touch pad has not been changed yet. When i calling to technician, he is disconnect the call without telling anything. Now you tell me whether my microwave's touch pad will be change or not.
