IFB Industries — Unethical behaviour of technician

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my IFB washing machine (Ticket No: [protected]). Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, my issue has not been resolved, and the service center staff has been extremely unresponsive and unprofessional.

I had raised a complaint on 16/04/2025, and even after several days, there has been no proper resolution or update. The service team either does not respond properly or keeps delaying the repair without valid reasons. This has caused me serious inconvenience and frustration.
