Hi Team,
We purchased washing machine 2 months ago. After that we registered for installation request.After some time IFB support people called me and said it will take more than 15 days to complete installation due to lockdown. We said ok for that as we also need to understand their safety as well. After some days machine stopped washing the clothes. so I registered complaint and technician came and said motor protector was broken inside. And I asked them to replace the part but they are telling it will not replace for free of cost due to physical damage but how we will break the machine protector which is inside and even we didn't move the machine where we installed.
