IFB Industries — Washing Machine

We purchased a new washing machine but that is not working. Technician came to check and found the new machine to be faulty. The machine needs to be replaced, but there is no action happening from IFB side.
We are struggling everyday to follow-up with them but still there is no solution.

Updated by pankajmca0605 Update: After following up again, we got the confirmation from IFB that the replacement has been approved. But it will still take 3 days to deliver the machine. When we purchased the delivery was immediate then why does it take that much time to deliver the replacement?
