[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Washing Machine-Drum failure

I have raised the complaint on my washing machine on 1st October 2020. Technician visited within 2 days and told that there is a bearing issue and it is not in stock. After that, there is no response from either the technician or IFB and I escalated the request by calling the call center.

On the 8th of October, another technician visited home and informed me that it is not the issue of bearing and it is with drum. He dismantled the washing machine and told that he will come back with drum on 9th. But till now he has not turned up.

I am an AMC customer and it has been these many days since I have raised this issue and no response so far. As I have send the email directly to the customer complains forum, the service advisor is not ready to help out of this. He is asking me to bring the washing machine to service center and is blaming it on COVID.
