We have booked for washing machine service (tkt no [protected]) A person named ved prakash having mob no [protected]‬ came and sold us 4 pouch of descaler powder at Rs 680 (170 each) and when we checked the same online at Amazon.in the same pouch is coming at Rs 31 per pouch. This is totally fraud ifb is doing. I also called ved prakash again and requested to collect the pouch back but he denied by saying do complaint to IFB customer service. I want to return all 4 pouch back and refund my amt. Register my complaint and do the needful. For ref i m enclosing screenshot of item available on Amazon.
