[Resolved] IFB Industries — washing machine tearing of plastic

Plastic color tearing or brusting in drum of machine. We bought it on 26th january. And had already changed it once by authorised dealer. Bt after 3 months it happens again. And this time we call on toll free. But coustmer executive didn't give any proper response as he said ifb made faulty pieces what we can do.
Sir in 6 months we face this trouble twice. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible.
