[Resolved] IFB — our valuable clothes are being torn by the ifb front load washing machine | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, We have purchased ifb washing machine (Diva aqua, vx, 6 kg) in november 2018. We are experiencing problems with this machine as our valuable clothes are being torn. I have raised a complaint with the ifb. The ifb technician attended told that the drum and bearings of the machine had to be replaced. This machine is under 4 years warranty. It's not even an year passed, we are experiencing a lot many issues as our valuable clothes are being torn. I have no faith on their service personnel as they they don't seem to be ifb employees and third party (Ifb approved persons) as they have replaced the rubber in the month of August 2019 and the issue still persists and it's not resolved yet. When they replaced the rubber and told that If the problem will persist in future, they would replace the drum the next time. As we are still experiencing the issue (clothes are being torn), I have raised another complaint this time with IFB in November 2019. Instead of replacing the drum this time, they have started playing games with us. They said, "problem is with the clothes and programs you chose". How come they say like that after seeing these many incidents and replaced the rubber. This shows their irresponsible and indecent behavior towards customer. I have purchased IFB only for it's known customer service. These people service is terrible and don't have the manners to talk properly. Please respond immediately as the problem is huge and we are losing our valuable clothes. I am looking for a replacement of the drum or the machine.
