Ifb Service Centre — Bill not provided | |||
I got my IFB washing machine serviced for there was an issue with it, this was on 4th jan'17. Till now i have not received the bill for the same which was valued at Rs. 1500 as i was told that the bill book is over and it would be provided the next day, and i have been calling the concerned person everyday and he tells me he would give by evening but he never turns up. It's almost a month now that i am facing this issue and turned to this forum for help in the end. The person delaying it is Mr. Kamal Dixit ([protected]), and he came from Gurgaon service centre. I under signed went to Panasonic authorised service center for mobile display changing they have charged 2750 ₹ but I paid the amount and asked for bill they have refused to give the bill. However I complaint the issue in penosonic costumer care but no use. What I can do asking bill is any crime wher I can complaint such issue please help me.
