Ifb Service Centre Complaints & Reviews

I compalined to ifb customer care no[protected] and informed about my contact phones and address etc to the operator about 4 days back.
After that one imran khan visited us and charged rs.350/- for assesment and told us that timer is faulty and he will come back next day.
He came back on next day and attended the machine without giving a full trial.
He also charged me rs.7777/- as per invoice atatched and the money...

I got my IFB washing machine serviced for there was an issue with it, this was on 4th jan'17. Till now i have not received the bill for the same which was valued at Rs. 1500 as i was told that the bill book is over and it would be provided the next day, and i have been calling the concerned person everyday and he tells me he would give by evening but he never turns up. It's almost a month now that i am facing this issue and turned to this...

There is a huge fraud complaints abt this company who is tkaing ownership as manager to repair any services and who seems to threaten if ppl dont take his harrasaments -[protected].
