Ifb Service Centre — Washing machine

I compalined to ifb customer care no[protected] and informed about my contact phones and address etc to the operator about 4 days back.
After that one imran khan visited us and charged rs.350/- for assesment and told us that timer is faulty and he will come back next day.
He came back on next day and attended the machine without giving a full trial.
He also charged me rs.7777/- as per invoice atatched and the money was paid through google pay to the said imran khan.
Next day (monday)when i tried full load test it failed.
When i contaced the call centre no given it on the invoice it turned out to be of a company in jaipur and one mr.Ravikumar told me that in last week so many calls are coming to him like me and he said somebody is using their no.

now it is wednesday(30.6.21)and imran khan is not answering my phone and my machine is still unrepaired.
