My washing machine complain registered on 27/9/15 and i recived replay from ifb on same date.Serviceman checked my washing machine and report ed machine drum is damaged it will replaced in short time.Than after i was waiting week and contect mr.Anurag (service incharge of kutchchh & saurastra) and he was replay the same that will attened in short time but no response and replay from ifb, i was try to contect after week to mr. Anurag and found his mobile out of coverage.
Meanwhile i get one sms that your complain has been resolved if satisfy than sam y or sms n.I was shocked how it is possible, so i reply sms '"n", than call from coustomer care and take some details from me and reply the same it will attending shortly.Now i m tiered and after full of greavences i call mr.Anurag on dt.29/10/15 after more than one month taking time in this matter and he was replay me in very bad manner and clearly asked me nothing will done. You can do anything.
Now i am finaly make my mind for leagal and go through consumer court, but final hope from this fourm let's see what happen.
I purchesed ifb washing machine with much more hope and impresed by big banner and publicity but number one bogus and failer in service is my bad experience from ifb.
There is no officeal service center in my town, ifb give frenchyce to whom have other company service frenchise means this people have no time and care for costoumer and suffered Was this information helpful? |
