I bought IFB Senaator Aqua SX 8KG automatic washing machine. They gave me descalant and took 1000 Rs from me for that. They asked to use it every month. After using the descalant, the machine tub has gone completely black. All the steel coating is gone. And other internal parts wherever water goes would for sure have spoiled.
Since two weeks, I have been chasing these IFB people and their servie is I would say one of worst I have ever seen.
They are not ready to replace the machine and keep doing stupid things to keep postponing and harassing me. They will spend days try to setup up some stupid conf call with someone who will argue with me on when to use descalant. I just followed whatever was told to me .Then they would spend days to send a person again to check the washing machine though an engineer has already come and checked the machine. Then those people will keep giving me some time that the person will come and I have to go office late waiting and then come back after half day from office and then that person will never come. He will keep cutting my phone. After going through all that and spending days on this, p person comes and sees the tub and goes. What the hell? Now you will keep sending different people to just see the tub, just to harass the customer?
After going through all this harassment and seeing that my case is going nowhere with this poor and pathetic IFB service, I am writing a complaint here so that at least other people become aware of the IFB service and think twice before buying any IFB washing machine.
