[Resolved] IFB Washing Machines — Fraud done by IFB service center by installing duplicate parts | |
I registerd a complain online at 24x7 help line number, and then got a call back from ifb and i reported him my complain orally on the spot as well as sent an email to [protected]@ifbglobal.com as follows but i hadnt received any reply from ifb till today. I feel cheated by ifb industries as well as their service center. My detailed complaint email sent to ifb is as follows. Dear sir/madame As per your telephonic instruction from mobile /telephone number [protected] today afternoon 12:35 p.M. I'm sending email complain to your email address. I hope you people will do the needful and reply. I purchased ifb diva washing machine in 2012 when i was at bhanvad, jamnagar dist.Of gujarat, there after my washing machine had door lock problem and it was changed from ifb technician from jamnagar. Recently last week my washing machine was not working properly so i registered a complain on ifb 24x7 help line number there after no one came for a week and last friday on 13th june a man came from baroda saying that he is from ifb service center, and checked my machine and without testing or checking of machines parts he said me to replace power circuit and door lock . I asked him to check the parts properly whether they are in working condition or not..But he denied to listen me and repeatedly emphasised and forced me to replace the door lock and power circuit, he also dialed his mobile and said me to talk with the caller from other end who said me to replace the part s but when i asked him to show me the ifb original parts he said me to talk with the technician..Who said me he is working in ifb service center delight service and the parts are brought from the service center...When i asked him to show me sealed, and ifb certified parts the technician said me " whatever parts i am going to install are orininal and bearing ifb warranty..." and then he installed both the above said parts and given me bill of rs. 3815/- for what i given him cheque of sbi bank. I also wrote my remarks and complain about the genuinity of the replaced parts in the technicians visit book but i had not got any reply from ifb till today. Even my complain is that how your technician forced customer to purchase parts without ifb's logo and ibs genuine certification of quality with the parts (Whatever the technician changed in my machine and taken huge money from me ) i am strongly believe that no one part of my machine was dammaged and your technician forced me to make new purchase as well as given me duplicate or low quality parts. The person / technician who changed the parts from my machine hadnt shown me box packing original parts but he given me the parts may be used or repaired so i request your company to look into this matter urgently and provide me orininal parts from iifb i dont believe the technician s given parts and i also have doubt that the charges of spare parts msu rs.2347/- and the door lock rs.1187/- collected from me are more then the company price, and i also have a doubt that the parts changed by the technician are not original ifb parts and most probable duplicate, repaired or may be china made hence i am thinking to file a criminal complain against the technician and the service center (Delight service-wishwamitri, vaodara and the company ifb. Before filing the complain against your company now i am sending you this very first and last notice for your kind attention and request you to do the needful and provide me satisfactory reply. I hope your company ifb and the service center both will take enough care to solve my complain and do check the parts (Changed by technician) whether they are genuine and ifb certified or not ? And also provide me a cash receipt from ifb so i can be satisfied with the cost / prise of the parts whatever i paid to the technician . Awaiting your written reply (No telephonic talk) with complate resolution from your side. I will wait of your answer for next 7 days and if your company will not reply and provide me satisfactory reply then i will file a criminal complain as well as complain in the consumer court for the duplicate parts and excess charges of parts you have taken from me.
