Iffco Tokio — Iffco-tokio general insurance are the worst service providers

Myself, Shrikant deshmukh, a full time employee in a company... holding a 2 wheeler insurance of IFFCO TOKIO from october 2013 recommended by bajaj alliance ... IFFCO TOKIO is a company.. I have called them 1000 times for my insurance claim cheque since October but they are least bothered to give claim amount of just Rs . 7400/-.. I work from morning 11 am to evening 7 pm in south mumbai and I have asked them to drop me cheque wherever suitable to their convenience but they are not giving me.. I have spoken to Miss Komal (account department on[protected] for 100 times and she is telling me that i have not done any procedure for the same... she is not aware that where are my documents nor she is bothered to update with the status... after her i spoke to Miss Smita (account Department[protected] she also replied me same thing as Miss Komal told me .. I have been following up with the insurance company for more than 3 months.. this is the kind of service they provide us.. and nobody is ready to take the responsibility... Miss komal asked me to speak top her senior because working in the same company she is not aware of anything in the company and the clients .. HOW IRRESPONSIBLE SHE IS!!! In such a MNC insurance company... Mr Swagat (claim department assistant manager, MUMBAI CSE, contact no [protected],[protected] He is a ... !!! he doesn't want to do any work just want to yell on the phone and say that you do whatever you can i want clear your claim... he only has asked me to put the complaint against him and the company... than to i kept on calling him and requested him for my claim cheque which amounts only Rs 7400/-... later he started giving me excuses that his senior are not there, he is not in office, he is out of town, he doesn't have the documents, documents are not signed... But All the documents submitted by me are perfect... I am following with him since october but he is also least bothered... I was fed-up so I spoke to Mr. Yashwant (branch manager, Chembur, contact no-[protected]) ... he is the person who is not sure about anything running in the office.. WHY he comes to office... WHY this kind of people are been appointed in such MNC or IFFcO TOKIO is only a bad service provider.. How can a common man survive a normal life with normal procedures of a such a high-end company.. I have requested and begged infront of IFFCO TOKIO staff for more than 100 times... every time they say next monday-next monday..when is the claim going to come .. please help me resolve my problem ..
