Iifl Home Loan — IIFL home loan: worst service

"I took a home loan from IIFL but this is the worst decision of my life.

Their customer care will not connect. they will say athat they will call back in 24 hrs. sometimes things are urgent and cant wait for 24 hours. even after promising, they will not call back, they may call back in 6 days.

secondly, they have closed their gurugram branch and for most of the things, they have asked me to visit moti nagar branch

on reaching the branch, i found that there is only one person sitting in a small room to handle all home loan customers. that person refused to tell his name and designation to my surprise. then he asked me some documents which was not told to me to carry, by the customer care. and it wasted my time...

the location given on their website is also not correct. if you go by google maps, you will not find it.

in nutshell, every step there is a harassment and time waste with this company. i met many home loan customers waiting in the queue in thier office, and none of them was happy.

finally, i closed my loan account my taking loan from smwhere else to get rid of all this bullsugar.

They have put some charges on my account which were unreasonable . when i call customer care, 3 executives gave me different reason for those charges on three different occasions. wen i asked executive to transfer to his senior. he said " he does not have authority. when i ask her to share exact location of IIFL office, he said: he cant sent
. when i ask him to tell me any nearby landmark which i can put on google and come, still he said that he cant tell as he dont have authority.
