Ikya Human Capital Solutions — pf amount withdrawal

This is preethie from coimbatore. I have sent the pf withdrawal forms to the address "ikya human capital solutions limited 27, 4th floor, s v towers 80 feet road 6th block, koramangala bangalore - 560095" through professional courier on 10.08.2017. They have received the courier on 11.08.2017. But while i called to the customer care (Toll free no) for my claim status on 14.09.2017 they are telling that you have not received the courier. They said to send a mail to [protected]@icareglobal.com & [protected]@ikyaglobal.com by attaching the courier slip that i have sent. And as per their words i have sent a mail by attaching the receipt and also the delivery copy from the professional courier on 15.09.2017. After one week i. E. On 20.09.2017 again i called to the customer care, they said that we have forwarded the mail to the concern team their name is kiran we will send you the status through mail within three days. But till 29.09.2017 i did not even receive a mail and call from them. Again i made call to customer care, they are lethargically saying they did not receive your courier you send it back once again.

I am sending the attachment of receipt from this please validate and do the needful..
