I am Nanda Kishore Majumdar and my son Avijit Majumdar residing in our own house at 202/1 Bhattanagar, PO Bhattanagar, Howrah – 711203, Ward no. 64 of Bally Municipality (Near Arabindanagar Reliance Tower).

We are informing you that there is a land of Late Dinesh Das situated to the west side of our house. Address of this land is 72/17A Bhattanagar, PO Bhattanagar, Howrah – 711203 Ward no. 64 of Bally Municipality. In the above land of late Dinesh Das, a promotor started to build a commercial multistoried building (G+3) which seems unauthorized construction and violating the rule of Bally Municipality. We have already informed them that there are not sufficient space as per rule from the boundary to construction. The Promotor started to built 1st floor with 2.5 feet distance from boundary.

In these circumstances, we are requesting you to stop the unauthorized construction besides our own house.

We wish you would be kind enough to visit the place of construction work and do the needful as per rule as soon as possible.
