I purchased a boat 225 bass heads from paytm before few months. After few months the one side of the earpiece was not working and i raised a complaint on their website including the invoice (Complaint ticket number 1238). The product has 1yr of warranty so they arranged a pickup and i sent the product to them. But so far i didn't the replaced product. Hence, i contacted the courier service, they told me to contact the company. I tried to contact them via the number that is reflecting on their website, but the number not exists. So tried the care email id. So far i didn't get any replays from them. Was this information helpful? | |||||

yaa this case happens with me also, I think they are making fool by taking all users products and using and selling their own.
I have given my product boat-basshead 220 earphones (blue) from 13days and till not getting any update from this to imagine marketing company.
I'm trying to report this company to do Fraud the users by doing pickup and delivery issue.

Since I live in Delhi, I cannot visit the Imagine marketing Private limited located in Mumbai myself to resolve my issue. I have tried contacting the Customers care numbers mentioned on the website and emails, but none of those numbers work. And the emails I sent regarding this issue are all unanswered. Basically, there is no one present to answer or attend the customers and solve their issues. I dunno how and when my problem will be resolved.
