Dear team,
I have purchased Boat 1000 Blue tooth speaker last year. It is not working; product is under warranty which is going to expire in next 2 days. We have tries to contact relevant service centres in Delhi, Noida and Gurgram complaining about the product.
I am embrassed to say that most of the service center numbers are not working, even the customer care number does not work, call gets disconnected after few seconds itself. Further, we amanged to get the call received by Noida service center but they told that this product is not available. We request for help to guide us how to proceed; nobody with whom we connected knows.The warranty will be expiring on 16 July 2020. Do let me know if the warranty will be extended as I cannot replace the product due to non availability of stock as communicated by the service centre.
