    I am continously asking for my product boat rockerz 255 that when i will receive my replacement product boat rockerz 255. Ticket was logged on 12.06.2020, ticket no was 1175782 also picked this product through xpress bee against awb[protected]. Product was received on service center on date 21jun 2020, but from 24.06.2020 status is showing replacement product was issued. Could you update the status with courier details so that on my level i can track for same.
    Because i am totally hopeless with you customer oriented service, kindly update status of my ticket 1175782 asap otherwise i have to escalate this matter with higher authorities.
    Still i am waiting for my replacement product after 16 days. It is too horrible service.
    The same has happened with me. I had raised the complaint on 12th June 2020. My ticket number is 1177288. The product was reverse picked on 17th June 2020. On 21st June, it reached to the warehouse where the replacement unit Was issued. Ever since then, it's showing the same status as dispatching soon. Where have you dispatched it to? The moon? This is totally dissapointing. I had never expected this kind of service from boAt. I have been calling the designated helpline and sending emails, but they don't even care to revert with a proper Explaination. I don't think if someone buys a new product, there will be such a delay to it. Then why such discrimination against warranty related services? I am gonna make sure from now on I don't buy any boAt product ever again and also tell my companions to do so.

        Hello,

        I have raised a complaint about boat rockerz 255 raging red earphones that I bought from amazon and it stopped working, Therefore I created complaint about it and pick up person came from xpressbees and collected my earphones, Tracking is showing that product has reached to them, but after that, there is no update from them and no one is answering on call or email. Every time I call then it says busy but when I get connected via call then no one from call centre picks up the phone.

        Please help me get a replacement or a refund.

        I ordered a boat rockerz 260-forest green on 23/07/2022 with order no 24570112 it came on 25 and and then 26 July I payment to him but on opening the parcel no product under it and dlievery boy ran away please refund my money and take action on it.

          I had purchased new headphone (Boat 225f bluetooth headset with mic.) on 02/october/2019 from flipkart. The right side of the earphone is stop working. There is no sound on the right side.
          I raised a complaint (Complaint ticket number [#1078999] on 28th april, 2020) with the boat brand selling in india with name
          (Imagine marketing private limited) located at :
          131, guru gobind singh industrial estate, next to jay coach, off w. E. Highway,
          Goregaon (E), mumbai - 400 063. India
          The product is picked on 04/may/2020 with courier service waybill number :[protected] of xpressbees. I had mailed the courier service and they replied that the product is delievered to respected client.
          And have been sending emails since then, but they are not responding nor picking customer care call and are not taking any action either.

          I am attaching copies please find the attachment.
          Please help me get a replacement or a refund.

          After two and a half months finally, my complaint has been resolved. The product reached successfully. There is a simple step to resolve your complaint just keep on reminding them regular basis and regularly keep mailing and telephonic conversation with the executive.

              I had applied for reverse pick up for my boat earphones which has already been picked by xpressbees courier service from my residence. But the replacement unit had failed to deliver the replaced order at my house. Henceforth, i had filed a complaint to xpressbees courier service once again regarding the above mentioned problem, but now they have informed me that reattempt for the reverse pick up for my boat earphone is no longer possible because my physical product has already been picked up previously.
              Therefore it is my humble request to make some arrangement for the delivery of my product as soon as possible.

                I have a problem in my blue tooth headset (One side ear is not working) which is purchased last june. I have already raised ticket in the url (https://imaginemarketing.freshdesk.com/support) but no response from that (Ticket number : #954295) and i have contacted customer care also but no luck... Call is not forwarding to service desk.

                Kindly help to resolve this asap since this is my favorite brand but service wise i am really disappointed.

                  I bought this earphone some times ago, after some period no sound was coming from one ear piece and now it's completely use less as no sound is coming from both. It came with one year warranty so please do the needful. I need full replacement of this item. I have bought this product because i had read some positive reviews about it but now i am so dissatisfied with it. I am kinda disappointed as it got completely useless in just few months. Now i am wondering how can someone give positive reviews?.

                            Hi i have submitted the complaint on one of the companies product which i had bought via flipkart.
                            Product name boat rockerz 255 headphones.
                            There was battery issue with the product hence i complained on the official email id on 20/08/2019 at [protected]@imaginemarketing. Freshdesk.com. They approved my request on 16/09/2019. Product was picked up on 17/09/2019 and product received at their place after which the replacement product was issued on 25/09/2019 however there is no status of the ticket raised and no replacement product has been issued. Companies is not replying to calls and email. My ticket number raised with the company is 463001.

                              I bought boat earphones from Amazon. Within 20 days they started malfunctioning so I applied for replacement through their website www.support.boat-lifestyle.com. they sent a guy to pickup my product and it was sent to Mumbai. When I check the status of my complaint, it shows that replacement product was issued on 2nd october. But it has been 12 days and I don't have any information regarding the replacement earphones and their delivery. Service centre neither picks up the calls nor they reply to the mails. My 1500 rupees are getting wasted because of these frauds.

                                  Sir i bought boat rugby bluetooth speaker (Blue) on 27 february 2019 under one year warranty. After 4 months it stopped working due to power button issue.                                     I had order boat stone grenade xl from amazon and after using it for a month, the speaker went dead, had raised a request for getting it repaired or get a replacement.
                                    I had raised a complaint from boat lifestyle site, and had received a ticket and mail from "imagine marketing private limited" for confirmation of the complaint.

                                    Then bluedart team was assigned and took the product to the care center on 24th july.
                                    I had called the customer care number - [protected] to get updates on 2nd of august and i was told that i would be receiving the product on monday (5th august 2019) but i didn't receive it.
                                    I have tried 1000 times to get in contact wiht the customer care but i was unable to get.
                                    Finally i got in contact and i asked about the updates but the girl said that it would dispatched on friday. I again asked her that why didnt i receive any updates on the product. And why is the product with your team for last 10 days and has seen no updates.
                                    Then the girl kept the phone. I had called her again and told her my name, just after it she kept the phone. I am currently unable to contact them in any way.

                                    This is really pathetic service by boat. If these guys cant keep upto there words then why are they even giving warrenty service.

                                        I have ordered my bluetooth earphones on 12 septmbr 2018 for rs. 3000 and i was facing problem with connectivity and battery issue and i had placed replacement request on 8 th april and recvd a new product aftr a month and still i am facing the same issue infact the new ones are worst they get disconnct itself battery backup is also not good, connectivity problem.

                                          I purchased a boat headset from jabong. After one week by delivery the product is not working properly. When i contacted the online seller they are not giving any fruitful response. I don't know what to do with it. I resides in kerala so i can't reach to the boat service center in mumbai. From this incident i understood that the products that are sold by imagine marketing pvt ltd is of low quality. They don't even last for atleast a week. Also very sad to say that their customer service is very poor.

                                            I had registered a complaint regarding the ear phones not working with the support team, on 13th nov. The complaint was registered and my earphones were picked up. On 24th nov i was told that the device has been examined and found out to be faulty. As per the website new device was issued on 27th nov. Since then its been 15 days i have not received any communication from the company, the company website is down and when i called the customer care they are saying that the device will be shipped soon for the last 10 days.
                                            This has caused a lot of trouble to me..

                                                  I brought this from flipkart on[protected].
                                                  Last 6 months it is properly working but rightnow one woofer is damaged.
                                                  So i contact to boat. There is no customer service or any email service.
                                                  So please provide me solution. What can i do. Where should go to replace.
                                                  Then i call flipkart they can only provide link to boat site which is already i m known of that.
                                                  So for ragistering a complaints on boat sites it requires boat ragistration code. So they dont give the ragistration code.

                                                  Email adress and phone number are given to boat sites .but i think there are no available executive for recieving any complaints.
                                                  My boat rockerz 400 is having a charging problem so i have claimed my warranty and i have registered a complaint. In boat official website my ticket number is 1290584. Still i didnt recieve. My. Product. My order was picked on june 16. Its about 12 days but i didnt recieve any msg from them xpressbess agent came and took my product when will my product be delivered ??

                                                    Since I live in Delhi, I cannot visit the Imagine marketing Private limited located in Mumbai myself to resolve my issue. I have tried contacting the Customers care numbers mentioned on the website and emails, but none of those numbers work. And the emails I sent regarding this issue are all unanswered. Basically, there is no one present to answer or attend the customers and solve their issues. I dunno how and when my problem will be resolved.
                                                    This is a scam. They are not going to give you your product. They will just ask you to send mail to which they will not respond

                                                      I purchased a boat 225 bass heads from paytm before few months.
                                                      After few months the one side of the earpiece was not working and i raised a complaint on their website including the invoice (Complaint ticket number 1238). The product has 1yr of warranty so they arranged a pickup and i sent the product to them. But so far i didn't the replaced product. Hence, i contacted the courier service, they told me to contact the company.

                                                      I tried to contact them via the number that is reflecting on their website, but the number not exists. So tried the care email id. So far i didn't get any replays from them.

                                                      yaa this case happens with me also, I think they are making fool by taking all users products and using and selling their own.
                                                      I have given my product boat-basshead 220 earphones (blue) from 13days and till not getting any update from this to imagine marketing company.

                                                      I'm trying to report this company to do Fraud the users by doing pickup and delivery issue.
                                                      Same case here. This company is a fraud and should be reported.

                                                        I had purchased a new headphones (Boat bassheads 225 in-ear super extra bass headphones with one button mic (Red) | b01mcusd3l) of boat brand from amazon (Amazon.in) with warranty of 1year. After a month o[censored]sage during which the period to return in amazon is completed, the mic stopped working.
