Its been a one month my earphone doesn't deliver... Its a exchange product under warranty. Imagine marketing private limited shipped my product through delhivery qurier but qurier could not deliver my product n return to the seller imagine marketing private limited.. Its been one month' my product is in your hand.. When i call to discuss the matter with the sellerthere is no response.. I am very panic now

        I have purchased bluetooth head set from reliance digital in feb 2020 in chennai. The set stopped working and got it replaced from your service centre at chennai in july 2020. The replaced set is also not working and i approached your service centre at chennai. The staff here at the service centre are treating me very shoddily and abusive. They also directed me to complain to the company. Hence i am doing so. I do not know the way forward.

                    My boat airdopes 431 was not functional so I complained about it. Imagine marketing opened up a ticket 1044626 and collected my earphone in March 2020 but since then they have stopped replying and I haven't received my earphones back. They're complete fraud.
                    Hey brother.. I think we all have same problem. What say we collectively file a police complaint against this service?

                            I have sent my bluetooth speaker to boat or imagine marketing for the purpose of warranty claiming. They have approved the product and they issued replacement product but its been a month i didn't recieve the produt back yet. Many times i have tried to contact them by customer care number and through mail. And they are not even ready to pick the call and if i ask them about the product the will cut the phone
                            If i mail them always they answer in same way. I think they are doing auto answering and they are not reading the mail properly
                            This is what happening in 1 month
                            I think they are trying to steal the product or misusing the product of the consumer
                            This is their customer service..

                            So kindly please return my product and give accurate reply

                                When i return Bluetooth headset, given all originals along with company box, when they return given only Headhet without box (compamy) and did not receive any accessories.

                                I have sent so-many reminders but there is no response from them.

                                      I have applied for warrenty replacement of my boat earphones on 17th june my ticket number is 1189926. On 30th june replacement of my product issued. But even after a month they didn't delivered my product. I have tried contacting them but no response. Finally after lots of trials i got a mail that my pincode is not deliverable so i had given new address to deliver. But now i didn't get any response from them even after 7 days of sending new address. It feels like cheating on a customer as i have tried all ways to contact them but not success.

                                              This is regarding my Replacement Unit Waybill number[protected]. Ticket umber- 1127103. The faulty item was picked up on 3rd June, 2020. As per mail I was suppose to receive the replacement unit within 12-15 days but it's almost 2 months that I have no update on my item. Did not get any reply to my mail sent regarding this as well. Customer care number is also not reachable.

                                                  I had given my earphone on 7th july under warranty policy for repairing. It has been more than enough days. I contacted expressbees in maharashtra where my earphones had gone for survey. I received a mail saying earphone has been delivered to the delivery agent in bhagalpur on 20th july. I am unable to track my product neither anybody has tried to contact me regarding my boat bassheads earphones

                                                      My boot rockers headphone not working due to some sound issue in right side then I complain boot customer service.device was in wrranty.i complained at the end of march after that imagine marketing team received this device from my house.3 Jun they mailed me that device is successful reached to their location and they will revert after 4 days.after 20 th June the nailed me that my product has been dispatched and give a tracking number.when I track this 29 th june then it shows
                                                      22nd June it arrived in Kolkata after that 27th June it goes to Maharashtra for second time.then I mailed them also called several time but not getting minimum response now when I put my tracking ID it shows no data exists.what a poor radiculas service is this???

                                                        I didnt expect this kind of service from boat.
                                                        On 23 june i have send the product bot rokerzz 255 wireless headphones through courier and on 7 jul 2020 the status is showing as replacement product dispatching soon in the tracking.

                                                        I called to the customer service number provided on the Imagine Marketing Private limited [protected] and all the time it will be busy.

                                                        When can i get my product, no updated in the ticket tracking.

                                                        I am completely disappointed from this boat service.

                                                        When i will get my product or i want refund of money

                                                          Hello,

                                                          I have raised a complaint about boat red earphones that I bought from amazon and it stopped working, Therefore I created complaint about it and pick up person came from xpressbees and collected my earphones, Tracking is showing that product has reached to them, but after that, there is no update from them . Every time I call then it says busy but when I get connected via call then no one from call centre picks up the phone.

                                                            Sir i have order a boat headphone last year on july 2019 and know my headphone is not working and my headphone warranty is there that why on 12th july 2020 i have clame a warranty and the awb:[protected] and u have send a person to pick up the headphone and till know i have not got any message or any information about my headphone.

                                                            I request u to tell me till when i will get my headphone back or give me some update about my headphone please.
