Hi Team,

I have purchased Boat Rugged V3 Extra tough unbreakable Braided Micro USB Cable 1.5 MTR (Black) from Amazon on May 09 2020. This USB cable not working within 10 months. I trusted boat products all good one but this product not worked I really upset. I believe this is 2 years Warranty product. I requested kindly replace this product as soon as possible. I have attached invoice bill in this attachment section.

          I found some issues with my earrphones Boat Bass Headsets Frosty White 220 so I sent it for the replacement . And today ( 15th December 2020 ) I received the earrphones with a cover showing Boat Bass Headsets Frosty White 220 but inside I found Boat Bass Headsets Blue 225 which is totally replaced with my product that I paid for. It's disappointing. I want my Boat Bass Headsets Frosty White 220 back.

            I have ordered boat rockerzz 235 V2 oceanic blue wireless earphone on 28/11/2020

            On 10/12/2020 I got message taht product has been delivered.

            But I haven't received the product even on 13/12/2020

            It's serious case of fraudulent by trusted brand like Boat.

            Esse look in to the matter and solve my problem and deliver my product as soon as possible.

            I'm regretting now, , I should have bought from Amazon or flipkart instead of Boat website.

              I have ordered boat 235v2 on 30nov2020 from boat app.Amount is deducted from my account and no information is given to me of order .And in order section it is shown that my order is not placed.This is highly irresponsible .Till date there is no information given to me of order details except order id -103826.And no calls are answered from the fake compant..

                I have purchased a Redgear mouse from Amazon and due to a fault I have submitted to Redgear team on July 14 from my house and informed on 28th July that I will be getting a replacement. But till now I have not received the product or able to track it. After continuous calling their useless customer care still I haven't received the product and it's been 5 months since the product has been picked up. I contacted their delivery partner "delivery" behalf of them and they informed me that the replacement product was never picked up from Redgearoffice due to unserviceable area.

                      I have bought Airdopes 281 Wireless Earbuds with Bluetooth V.5.0 on 22nd July 20 and received the same on 23rd July 20 with in a day for 2299/-. I have not opened the pack since i was out of city for few days. after few days I opened the pack and realize that one of the airdope is not working by the time the Amazon return window has been closed. my bad.

                      The one and only service center for boat in Hyderabad is almost 40 km away so i choose the return pick up from home by Boat service partner. i have raised the ticket number 1660070.

                      The airdopes were picked up by the team on 19th of October 2020 and there is no update as of now on 24th November 2020. I have tracked the details over web and the item is with Xpressbees, the logistics partner, and tried contacting them and they never pick up the phone and their auto bot says the shipment number provided by Boat is wrong. i have tried contacting[protected] many times and no one picks up the call. After a month i am able to find a lady in customer care and is so rude, didn't even answer my question and disconnected the call. Senseless customer care agent.

                      Boat do not have any concern on this as of now after almost a month and half and they set up senseless customer care agents to speak to the customer. I recon everyone who reads this complaint, do not buy any Boat products..they have very limited service centers and their customer care is pathetic.

It's been 12 days no information regarding the refund. I have already paid 2, 499 rs, but no information from their company. I called the customer care some 100 times but no use, it's always like, all our executives are busy right now.

The item was successfully picked up on 13 july and it also reached boat mumbai service center on 21nd August. Since then i haven't received any updates about my product.                                             I called to the customer service number provided on the imagine marketing private limited [protected] and all the time it will be busy.

                                            When can i get my product, no updated in the ticket tracking.

                                            I am completely disappointed from this boat service.

                                              I have ordered boat airdopes order no 42205. I have made return request tha very same day returned was picked up even i have not tempered the courier packazing.. I have returned the product as it is i received. Its been more than 15 days i have not received my refund. I have sent several mail to your customer support team, they dont reply generally within 24 hrs and whenever they revert i dont get satisfy answers. I have made many attempts on instagram but same response every time they say i am higjligjting your isaue to concerned team they will connect you very soon.. But again hopeless reverts.. I tried call to cuatomer support all in vain.. This is my final complaint to your company.. Provide me refund.. Otherwise i will file a case, i m already in talk with my lawyer.. Giving you and your team 24 hours from now.. Make refund against my order.. Return shipment is already delivered at your warehouse a week ago.. Plz refund my full amount..

                                                I claimed warranty on my boat wireless earphones on 17th jun. After a couple of weeks they have arranged for pickup through xpressbees courier service.
                                                The pickup location was my office address. Since complete lockdown was implemented that time in chennai, my office was closed and i asked for change of pickup address to my house address. The request got accepted but since then no one has contacted me to pickup the product.
                                                I have raised multiple queries to imagine marketing solutions complaint portal, but no response from them also. Its been more than 3 months now.
                                                My self buying boat blue tooth ear phone form Amazon company.some how it is disconnected both sides speaker after 3 month in warranty period. I just sowing service center to repair but they said it's duplicate. How can repair or replace please help.

                                                    I claimed a warranty on the boat servicing website. They took my product on 24 august and they dispatched the replacement on 7 September. You can see the whole timeline through the attached pic with the name " timeline ". My replaced order was supposed to reach me on 11 - sept-2020. But the status is showing that it has been delivered.

                                                    Here is a status screenshot attached to this email.

                                                    I am very disappointed as their customer service team never transfers the call to their executive team. Is this the way a company should treat their regular customers?

They don't even call at the number given. This time, tell minutes after I saw the items out for delivery, it was marked that it couldn't be delivered. Three was no call. I've had problems with these incompetent people thrice now and I strongly recommended not using their services.. it's all about your courier partner delhivery Courier Service please kindly change it..

                                                          Such a third class customer service you are providing. You never respond on mails. Your customer care number is also not connecting.

                                                          I got defective boat earphone, therefore i made complaint about this in april 2020 as my product is under warranty. Reverse pickup done on 14 may 20 for this product, but still the time they haven't provided me the replacement product. I am waiting for replacement delivery. Since last 4 months.

                                                          Bad bad very bad service provider.

                                                            Hello,


                                                            My product unit which is replaced by boat service center by door to door replacment services which run by boat lifestyle but unfortunately his courier partner is undelivered again to image marketing at 2 sept 2020 on his service center by marked falsely incomplete address and thereafter i m continuously trying to connect with image marketing pvt with the help of emails and customer support number regarding this issue but they are not responding and i request many time to deivered my replace prouct which is (Boat rockerz 255 neo lime) send it to me again my address.

                                                            Kindly resolve my issue as par as possible
