I have ordered boat rockerzz 235 V2 oceanic blue wireless earphone on 28/11/2020
On 10/12/2020 I got message taht product has been delivered.
But I haven't received the product even on 13/12/2020
It's serious case of fraudulent by trusted brand like Boat.
Esse look in to the matter and solve my problem and deliver my product as soon as possible.
I'm regretting...

I have ordered boat 235v2 on 30nov2020 from boat app.Amount is deducted from my account and no information is given to me of order .And in order section it is shown that my order is not placed.This is highly irresponsible .Till date there is no information given to me of order details except order id -103826.And no calls are answered from the fake compant..

I have purchased a Redgear mouse from Amazon and due to a fault I have submitted to Redgear team on July 14 from my house and informed on 28th July that I will be getting a replacement. But till now I have not received the product or able to track it. I have purchased Boat Rockerz 255 pro bluetooth earphones but it has a charging issue so that I have replacement the order .The order has picked on 24/11/2020 but still we don't get any confirmation regarding replacement of the product this is soo far about boat products .when I am calling to bait customer care he didn't receiving my call . Still 15 days we are waiting the product .please call me immediately about the confirmation...

I have bought Airdopes 281 Wireless Earbuds with Bluetooth V.5.0 on 22nd July 20 and received the same on 23rd July 20 with in a day for 2299/-. I have not opened the pack since i was out of city for few days. after few days I opened the pack and realize that one of the airdope is not working by the time the Amazon return window has been closed. my bad.
The one and only service center for boat in Hyderabad is almost 40 km away...

I ordered a smart watch on 10 November. Then I got a mail describing that the ordered product is out of stock, then I cancelled the order on 12 November. It's been 12 days no information regarding the refund. I have already paid 2, 499 rs, but no information from their company. I called the customer care some 100 times but no use, it's always like, all our executives are busy right now....

I want to complaint about the return request I have raised with them, they taken my product back but no update for money back I would like you to take action against them as theyeast bother about customer post the product is being sold.they customer care service is so irrisponsible that they simply hangup the call when they can't figure out the resolution.they talk about promoting MAKE IN INDIA but do you really have resource s to beat them...

I have returned my boat rockerz 255f active black for repair in the month of June 2020 and also raised ticket #1351176 on their portal but there is no update about when will I receive my product back as my 1 year waranty is about to get over soon. No updates on Boat airdopes 402 replacement
I logged complaint to boat team as i was facing problem with my airdopes and complain was registered, number is 1497134. My shipment carrying boat airdopes 402 was picked up from my address on 08 September 2020. It was received at boat service station on 21 September 2020. I had registered a complaint on 11th July about the defect of my product on boat website. The item was successfully picked up on 13 july and it also reached boat mumbai service center on 21nd August. Since then i haven't received any updates about my product. They aren't replying to the mails i send as well. Kindly register a complaint against them....

Since too many of calls and emails I'm depressed with customer care service they don't reply any email and can't receive any calls always their lines are bizzy.. now they don't return my boat rockerz 255f Bluetooth Earphone I'm strongly recommend don't use your service......

On 19 august i have send the product bot rokerzz 255 wireless headphones through courier and on 10 september 2020 the status is showing as replacement product delivery to sender is mumbai_sakinaka_r (Maharashtra) is not delivered to me
I called to the customer service number provided on the imagine marketing private limited [protected] and all the time...

I have returned the product as it is i received. Its been more than 15 days i have not received my refund. I claimed a warranty on the boat servicing website. They took my product on 24 august and they dispatched the replacement on 7 September. You can see the whole timeline through the attached pic with the name " timeline ". My replaced order was supposed to reach me on 11 - sept-2020. But the status is showing that it has been delivered.

They don't deliver to your address and instead of contacting you, they either mark 'delivered' or 'Your order could not be delivered'. They don't even call at the number given. This time, tell minutes after I saw the items out for delivery, it was marked that it couldn't be delivered. Three was no call. I've had problems with these incompetent people thrice now and I strongly recommended not using their services.. it's all about your courier...
