Hello, I have raised a complaint about boat rockerz 255 raging red earphones that I bought from amazon and it stopped working, Therefore I created complaint about it and pick up person came from xpressbees and collected my earphones, Tracking is showing that product has reached to them, but after that, there is no update from them and no one is answering on call or email. Every time I call then it says busy but when I get connected via call then no one from call centre picks up the phone. My ticket no is 1073725 Please help me get a replacement or a refund. I ordered a boat rockerz 260-forest green on 23/07/2022 with order no 24570112 it came on 25 and and then 26 July I payment to him but on opening the parcel no product under it and dlievery boy ran away please refund my money and take action on it.
