I have bought Airdopes 281 Wireless Earbuds with Bluetooth V.5.0 on 22nd July 20 and received the same on 23rd July 20 with in a day for 2299/-. I have not opened the pack since i was out of city for few days. after few days I opened the pack and realize that one of the airdope is not working by the time the Amazon return window has been closed. my bad.

The one and only service center for boat in Hyderabad is almost 40 km away so i choose the return pick up from home by Boat service partner. i have raised the ticket number 1660070.

The airdopes were picked up by the team on 19th of October 2020 and there is no update as of now on 24th November 2020. I have tracked the details over web and the item is with Xpressbees, the logistics partner, and tried contacting them and they never pick up the phone and their auto bot says the shipment number provided by Boat is wrong. i have tried contacting[protected] many times and no one picks up the call. After a month i am able to find a lady in customer care and is so rude, didn't even answer my question and disconnected the call. Senseless customer care agent.

Boat do not have any concern on this as of now after almost a month and half and they set up senseless customer care agents to speak to the customer. I recon everyone who reads this complaint, do not buy any Boat products..they have very limited service centers and their customer care is pathetic.
