Delivery was to be made on 17/06/2021(Tracking Id[protected] which go delayed due to covid reasons and further got delayed to 21/06/2021.(Image1)

On 21/06/2021 I got two texts from Shiprocket that the product will be delivered today and no delivery executive number was provided so that I could calibrate with the timings(Image2). The Delhivery delivery executive, Rajat, gives 3 consecutive calls at 8:30 PM (unofficial hours)[Image3]. I was not able to pick up the call, and I called back to confirm when he told me my order had returned, with no confirmation when it would be redelivered. The order was initiated for cancellation without my will and knowledge. I gave him a call the next day and no response was given.

On 22/06/2021 I got a call from Boat Customer Care asking me about the reason why I cancelled to which I assure them I haven't cancelled it by myself. They then promise to deliver the product by the next day that is 23/06/2021.
I get a call from Siddiqui, another delivery executive who was assigned to deliver my product, and asks me to talk to Anil, another delivery executive, who he claimed to be my area shipment manager. I call Anil to track my order and then he assures me that the product will be delivered by 23/06/2021. On asking how I got a cancellation text, he says the delivery person did that by mistake. Anil further assures that I will receive my parcel the same day.

On 23/06/2021, No information regarding the upcoming of the product, I called Rajat, delivery man when he asked me to talk to the manager and the manager refused to talk. On calling Siddiqui back, as he was formally assigned for the job, he claims the product got cancelled automatically again, and further asks to call the manager for the information. I called Customer Care where it kept me waiting for 15 minutes with no response. I call back Rajat to talk to the manager where he again asks me about the product details and then claims that they do not know the whereabouts of the products. They ask me to do whatever I wish to get the product and it's not their job to maintain a record of where the parcel went. They both admitted that the parcel got accidentally cancelled by the delivery man. On 23/06/2021 I get a call back from Boat which asks me about the issue and promises to resolve it as soon as possible and assured it will be delivered on 24/06 or 25/06. All claims made here can be proved with Audio evidences(Call Recordings) if deemed necessary.
When all this kept happening I was trying to connect to Boat Official which kept insuring me of assistance but no assistance was provided in any manner.(Image 4)(Image 5)
On tracking the order by given Id 471525, it shows the order has already returned and neither I've received any prior information regarding that nor about the amount that I have paid already (Image 6, 7, 8).
The product was of high importance to me and only if it was assured that Boat can't deliver it on time, I would have purchased it elsewhere. I've been waiting and requesting all their staff to kindly provide me proper information if not the product.
Misplacement and mishandling of it has severely affected my professional and personal work and I need compensation regarding the time and effort I had to make because of highly unprofessional staff working for the Boat Company.
