Imoveasy — Misleading consumer / defamation 3 parties/ fraud / thievery

Subject : misleading consumer
I have booked my shifting from shift your cargo, executive name : rohit and head :[protected] and raakesh numbers :[protected].
I have provided advance amount and there labours has taken all my material from my flat although i was not physically present there they came with less cartons and they took some material as it is and told they will do packing once material will reach to warehouse whose address they provided :

But they have only provided packed dabbas and didnot showed entire packing videos and afterwards what pics i got now they have so many items missing there .

I was told that they will weight the material at the pickup time but during pickup nitish labour told me that weigh scale is not working so they will do weigh once all material will reach to warehouse .
But next day they send us final invoice with all boxes which they packed and told goods has already sent last night with delhivery transportation and sent me delhivery docket too .
And keep on forcing me to pay 100% advance payment otherwise they will cancel material and only local charge i need to pay .

Its been 4 days now and they keep on saying material is sent with delhivery service and it has crossed bhopal 2 days back it crossed hyderabad .
I cross checked the LR number with delhivery and got to know material has not physically handed over to them yet .

I found few fraud activities here from imoveasy /shiftyourcargo

1) they told i will recieve one sms the time i will pay advance but no sms came so on whatsapp he gave me some customized message .
2) he told otp will be shared during pickup but no otp shared that time
3) he has given me 3 links of his website out of which one link is of a genuine company which has nothing to do with these people but there name resembles here shiftmycargo so they defamed 3rd party and befooled me . and other 2 links are not working which he simply gave one reason saying IT ISSUE as happened too in earlier scenario.

4)he told me some rate per kg as mentioned on there website but there was no mentioning of any price per weight there as his websites are not working only.

5) they have listed 2 company names on just dial whose address are same but name and mobile number are different .
And the invoice they gave on which they have mentioned the number of second company and he too reverted on the email id of the second company

Later i checked why they are using different name for same company then i checked history of imoveasy (second company) then i have found multiple cases has been filed against them and i got scared.

6) there are using 2 mobile numbers mentioned above and misleading clients one of them is executive and other is country head of the company from mumbai .
But they both are same .

I have solid proof of all the above statements and there several more findings here .

Now my entire material is with them and they have not yet dispatched and handed over to the delhivery service .
And as per there history they also did such things in past too and stole items of people

7) they have also mentioned if any of my material is broken or missing then delhivery will be responsible but on docket owner risk is mentioned

8) i can see in the pictures most of my house hold material like furniture, crockery, books, utensils, clothes are missing

9) they did not do proper lamination as they told earlier so that they can take material what they want

10) how they are able to make bills of shift your cargo company name on gst number

I was threatened and forced multiple times to pay remaining 100% money before receiving my material only without solving my doubts only.

And i have no trust on them .

I am fighting all these since last 4 days and now i am really worried and expected to get my entire household material from bangalore to meerut which i highly doubt since as per the photos sent by them they have not mentioned so much material and its enough time for them in which they might already stolen my items.

I want full settlement for them and having so much hopes from consumer forum too.
