[Resolved] Imoveasy — packers and movers - stealing the goods | |||
I have booked imoveasy to shift my things from bangalore to namakkal which is 250kms far. The promised deliver time is 4days. Even after 15days, i didn't get my things. After so much escalation, they shipped it via bluedart. I got it in 2 days but few of my favourite and expensive clothings are missing. They have took few clothes, shoes and things from each bag thinking people won't notice. I have never seen any unprofessional ever. They gave a good 10 days time in godown and they went through each of my bag and stole few items whichever they liked. They didn't even leave my coolers which i kept inbetween two sarees so that it won't break. Such a pathetic way of running a business. Don't ever think of going there. Recently 2 months back we had a talk with rohit regarding the shifting of our luggage from bangalore to AP, but they did sent our luggage till now and he had taken the money also and now he is saying that my luggage is lost somewhere, not only my luggage 3 of my friends luggage also not delivered till now. Rohit is not picking the call also. Seriously dont trust them.
I had to transfer some Goods from Delhi to Srinagar. They told me it will take 10 days max. Going forward they could transfer it via whatever service they use. After waiting for more than 20 days they asked me to pay ₹1000 extra. After one month of delay I got the consignment but with Goods missing. A complete thievery, I contacted the Incharge person Rohit and assured me action would be taken. I have waited for almost a month now and they company doesn’t pickup my calls. It’s all I have to say. Now I am moving to consumer court. so I request you be aware before opting Imoveasy.
