Inb Bharat Business Channel L Tech_Baratb Payments — Recharge not Succeed but payment is debited

Dear Sir/Madom, I have done online banking recharge for Mr. Narsing Patel's Videocon d2h customer id is[protected]. This recharge has not succeed. but amount of INR :-723.00 is cut from my state bank of India account . I have recharged from debit. My SBI account is showing Date (Value Date) Narration Ref/Cheque No. 21-Mar-2015 (21-Mar-2015) TO TRANSFER INB Bharat Business Channel L TECH_BARATB Payments [protected]IG00TNPKP9 TRANSFER TO 3295 and debit :-723.00 is showing in my account. This amount has cut from my SBI account but in Narsing Patel's d2h account have not received this money. I am sending the proof of online payment transfer detail and please request to you take action quickly on this report.
