Inb Bharat Business Channel L Tech_Baratb Payments — Videocon DTH Recharge made but not reached the account

My Videocon D2H Customer ID is[protected].

I have done a recharge of Rs 398 on 24/02/2021. The amount is deducted from my SBI account. Transaction is shown as Successful. However the recharge is not reached to my D2H account. The Screen Shot attached.

The recharge is done through D2H infinity app and the app was showing VC Number [protected] (My old VC Number) where as my actual VC Number is [protected],

It may recalled that the recharge done on 11/02/2021, amount 1172 was updated to my account on 26/02/2021 (For information only)

Please sort out the issue.
