[Resolved]  Inb Bharat Business Channel L Tech_Baratb Payments — my videocon d2h recharge not succeed

Dear Sir/Madom, I have done online banking recharge for my Videocon d2h customer id is[protected] . This recharge has not succeed. but amount of INR :-300.00 is cut from my state bank of India account . I have recharged from debit. My SBI account is showing value date:- 24-Oct[protected]Oct-2014), and narration :- TO TRANSFER INB Bharat Business Channel L TECH_BARATB Payments, and ref. no. :[protected]IG00CPBDT2 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA O, and debit :-300.00 is showing in my account. This amount has cut from my SBI account but in my d2h account have not received this money. I am sending the proof of online payment transfer detail and please request to you take action quickly on this report.

But due to security reason This recharge was not successful and I did not received any recharge message for RS. 200 /- on my mobile so I went to the market and recharged it manually with Rs. 100 /- and got a system generated recharge message for INR 100/-. but amount of INR :-200 is debited from my state bank of India account . My SBI account narration :- TO TRANSFER INB Bharat Business Channel L TECH_BARATB Payments, and ref. no.[protected]IGV1705424 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA O, and debit :- Rs. 200.00 is showing in my account though my d2h account have not received this money.
