I am a consumer of Berhampur Indane Service, Ganjam, Odisha. My consumer number is 35715.
I have booked my gas refill via SMS IVR on 2 June 2015. The given reference number is 349929.
The cash memo ([protected]) genarated was on 6th June 2015.
As the delivary was getting delayed, i have contacted their office on 8th and promised it will be delivered on the same day.
i have waited till i get a message from your end saying booking reference no 349929 is cancelled on 9 June 2015.
Today morning, 10 June 2015, i had gone to the indane office and they have registered again with a reference number [protected].
This is not happening once in a while. This is what it happens often with the Berhampur Indane Service.
