Indane — About service provider

Respected Sir, I'm one of your customer named Krishnamoorthy.S(Cust.No:3/68 LPG ID:3/[protected]. I have seen a problem regarding service provider that he is collecting money more than the net amount.The printed amount is not clear.This incident had happened on[protected] that the delivering person mentioned an amount of Rs, 661 while the actual amount was Rs, 641.This happens for a while and this has not been the first time.I kindly request you to make some arrangements to rectify this problem and one of my suggestion would be to sms the net amount while sending the delivery sms and asking the service provider to behave in a pleasant manner.
